Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

  • Location: Radhe Mohan Drive, Jonapur, New Delhi
  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales
  • Industry: Workspace Solutions / Interior Products / Furniture (Preferred)


Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound leads

● Maintain CRM records and ensure timely and accurate sales reporting

● Manage client accounts from initial consultation to final product delivery

● Understand client needs and recommend suitable Kraft-Obench! solutions

● Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, and key decision-makers

● Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs


Key Skills & Competencies:

● Excellent communication and presentation skills

● Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude

● Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities

● Proven experience in B2B sales

● Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple accounts efficiently
