Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our marketing team. This role is field-oriented and involves meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and generating quality leads to grow the company's client base. The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing leads, building long-term relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Visits: Conduct on-field visits to engage with potential and existing clients, introduce company services, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively in person and over the phone to understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and establish trust.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Lead Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, providing necessary information to help them progress through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into clients by addressing their concerns, customizing offerings, and closing deals.
  • Solution Selling: Clearly communicate how our services can benefit the client and align with their business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Background in Finance or Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Ability to find and nurture potential business leads.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Focused on achieving targets and closing deals.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
  • Requirements: Must own a motorcycle and a smartphone for daily work activities.
