Business Development Executive - €50,000-€55,000 + commission+ benefits

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales candidate looking to continue their successful career within this vibrant Advertising Solutions company. Working with some of the worlds biggest brand you will be prospecting new clients in the DACH market.

The offices are in the heart of Munich, where you will be working 2 days a week and 3 days from home. As Business Development executive, you will be a hunter profile challenged by bringing on new business and selling to new and existing clients

With offices in Sydney, New York and Toronto you will have the possibilities to pursue a career in these territories at a later date in your tenure with them.

Main responsibilities:

• Prospect new and existing clients at a high level, hunt for new business and confidently sell by cold outreach

• Set up meetings with top-tier CPG, FMCG and OTC companies across Europe to educate about our platforms and how they can serve their business

• Use online CRM tools, including Salesforce, to maintain detailed information on contacts, accounts, meetings, and opportunities

• Work effectively with multiple internal departments, including our in-house Creative & Production team, to sell, execute and manage campaigns

• Research and manage potential leads and prospects through LinkedIn and industry database subscriptions to understand market dynamics and key players

• Prepare quotes for qualified prospects and opportunities

• Providing leadership, training and ongoing support to potential direct reports

Successful candidate

• University Degree

• 3-5 years of sales experience

• German native standard with proficiency in English, additional languages welcome!

• High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management

• Competitive and ambitious nature, demonstrating a strong aptitude for sales

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skill
