About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting-edge low code platforms to construction and manufacturing companies. If you are passionate about technology, have a deep understanding of the industry, and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Identify and prioritize target accounts and prospects within construction and manufacturing sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Prepare tailored product demos and presentations to showcase how our low code platforms address industry-specific problems.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate contracts to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the head office team on lead generation campaigns and collaborate with the product development team for client feedback.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering along with Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the technology sector, preferably in low code platforms or software solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience selling to C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in construction and manufacturing.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions.
