Role Description :

As our Business Development Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our product and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with the product teams to develop and execute strategic plans that will help us achieve our growth objectives. We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who can think creatively and has a passion for driving business growth.

 

  • Prospect, pitch and close new business
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Analyze and report on business performance, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and KPIs
  • Collect feedbacks from market for future product features & services


Experience and requirements :

  • 2 years+ of work experience in business development and B2B selling experience 
  • Self-driven, with a proven sales record, ideally having worked with restaurants in the past
  • Experience working in ICT, software solution related industry is a plus
  • Experience in using/selling CRM is an advantage
  • Drive for innovation, ability to turn ideas into actions, execute to timelines and provide comprehensive solutions to develop strategies
  • Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
