Now, we're looking to grow our client base and project pipeline, and we need a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead the charge.


๐ŸŽฏ ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ'๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐จ:

Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of:

Web and mobile application development

Custom software solutions

CRM and ERP systems

AI/ML-powered platforms

Build relationships with founders, startups, SMEs, and enterprises

Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Fiverr, etc.

Manage the sales pipelineโ€”from prospecting to deal closure

Collaborate with the tech team to understand project scope and pricing

Present compelling pitches, proposals, and service demos

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.


๐Ÿง  ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐–๐ž'๐ซ๐ž ๐‹๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐…๐จ๐ซ:

2+ years of proven experience in business development or IT sales

Strong understanding of web, mobile, and software development services

Familiarity with Agile, SaaS, APIs, and modern tech stacks (e.g., Laravel, React, Flutter)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organized
