Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach (LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, email).
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead details, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for upselling and repeat business.


Who You Are:


  • Experience: 2-4 years in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record in lead generation, deal closure, and achieving sales targets.
  • Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a target-driven environment.
  • CRM & Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation platforms.


Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi, Kerala, India. We strongly encourage applications only from candidates who are currently based in Kochi or are open to relocating. As the role involves interacting with Malayalam-speaking clients, proficiency in Malayalam and a familiarity with Kerala’s local business culture are essential. Native or long-term residents of Kerala will be given preference.
