Job Summary 


We’re seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to help expand our global footprint in IT services. You'll focus on identifying prospects, generating leads, and setting up qualified meetings with decision-makers. Working closely with account managers, you’ll be key in building a healthy sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth. 


 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Identify and qualify new business leads through inbound calls, LinkedIn, and market research 
  • Responsible for reaching out to prospects through different types of communication, including calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels. 
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies across email, phone, and social media 
  • Set up introductory meetings with potential clients for account managers 
  • Track leads and pipeline progress using CRM tools 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings (Salesforce, AWS, ServiceNow, etc.) 

 


Requirements 


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferably in IT) 
  • Excellent communication and research skills 
  • Familiar with CRM and lead-gen tools like LinkedIn etc.) 
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized 
  • Knowledge of IT services is a plus
