Job Title: Business Development Executive

The “Business Development Executive” is supposed to make calls to our International customers who are from different countries like The United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Singapore and many more. As a Business Development Executive, you will get an opportunity to learn and experience the International sales and working environment of different countries.

Role And Responsibilities

• Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls.
• Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests.
• Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
• Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback.
• Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.
