We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and spearhead efforts to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for our AI service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI consulting, development, and integration services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets across commercial and government sectors.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, events, and inbound inquiries.
  • Present AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex capabilities into business value.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to shape proposals, scope engagements, and close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends, competitive landscape, and buyer pain points.
  • Provide regular forecasting, pipeline reporting, and strategic input to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the AI, SaaS, or IT consulting industry.
  • Proven success in selling complex technology services or solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, government).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tools like TensorFlow, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
  • Network of AI/Tech buyers or procurement contacts.
