We're looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Business Development Executive to drive growth in the surgical and medical devices sector.

💼 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Sell surgical products to hospitals, nursing homes, and medical distributors

✔️ Build meaningful relationships with surgeons and key decision-makers

✔️ Lead product demos and support clinical evaluations

✔️ Travel, connect, and make an impact in healthcare

🎯 What You Need:

✅ 1+ year experience in surgical/medical device sales (must-have!).

✅ Strong communication + consultative selling skills.

✅ Willingness to travel and hustle.

✅ Bachelor’s degree (any field).

✨ Bonus if you:

🔹 Have a hospital network or experience in tendering/institutional sales

🔹 Know your way around CRM tools and Excel sheets
