Sell Innovative B2B Event & Information Services in a Fascinating Niche

We’re looking for a smart, always-curious and always-client-centric salesperson to join our small but mighty team. You’ll be “selling” hosted seats to our Builder Innovator Summit and the tapping of our free Builder Innovator Advantage information services to executives in top single-family homebuilding companies and multifamily property developers and operators.

Key activities:

·        Research select companies within our qualified account universe for pain points and likely solutions we have to offer in advance of your outreach

·        Use account-based sales techniques and digital sales science to prospect intelligently and effectively and win deep dive meetings

·        Conduct expert deep dive discovery and solution presentation meetings via video conference

·        Develop and present compelling proposals

·        Negotiate and close registrations and engagements with our industry relations success team and tap additional info, expert advice and contact with the vendor companies in our community.

·        Communicate client needs and requirements to customer success and production staff for solid activation


College degree with some sales experience and a deep commitment to smart, customer-centric selling required.
