Salary:- 3 to 6lpa (Depends on Candidature)


What We’re Looking For :


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools to streamline and optimize student engagement processes.
  • A proactive and empathetic attitude to understand student aspirations and provide tailored solutions.
  • A background in education, counselling, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


Roles & Responsibilities:


● Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products or services.

● Develop strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.

● Prepare regular reports on sales, business development activities, and results.

● Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.

● Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

● Monitor industry developments and competitor strategies.
