We are currently seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Engineer to support our Facility Management division. The ideal candidate will help expand our client base, lead estimation efforts, and build strong client relationships while ensuring alignment between commercial strategies and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets to expand Korra Energi’s FM client base.
  • Prepare and manage tender documents, cost breakdowns, and scopes of work for hard and soft FM services (e.g., MEP, maintenance, cleaning, landscaping).
  • Generate accurate estimates and ensure proposals meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Continuously update sales and presentation materials showcasing Korra Energi’s FM capabilities and strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry pricing to develop competitive bid strategies.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to execution phase.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the facility management or contracting sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Experience with FM tendering, cost estimation, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business proposal tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings and events.
