Visiting key accounts all over China, explain our strategy and turn opportunities to orders
Act as a key contact point between CHINA team and head office, responsible for PL business and promote delivery as well
Take charge for AVIC B2B online trading platform
Examine and verify credit limit/Payment terms for business partners, evaluate the performance regularly as well
Collect competitors and market information to support company decision
Fully charge of digital systems such as Dynamic CRM/ Power BI, work close with tech. team to management Sales opportunities/Visiting reports and Leads
Constantly optimizing sales process Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
Responsible for the development of MRO business. COMPETENCIES: 1 Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in tooling industry; mandatory experience in sales unit 2 Good understanding of customer’s requirements and expectation 3 Working in a responsible and independent way with open mind 4 Strong communication skills; fluent in both oral and written English 5 Proficient in MS-office, especially on Excel, excellent in data analysis 6 High morale and good team player
