The Business Development associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as researching market trends and customer preferences, lead generation, and developing and maintaining customer relationships. The position will require the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets and generate new business leads.

Analytical Skills: ability to analyze and interpret market data and financial reports
Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Lead Generation: proven track record of generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
Market Research: experience in conducting market research to identify customer preferences and competitor analysis
Customer Service: experience in providing exceptional customer service to clients and addressing customer needs
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
