Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager with a strong background in fitness equipment sales. This role will be responsible for driving B2B, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across the region. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the fitness equipment industry, including key brands, product knowledge, and market trends.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial sectors (gyms, hotels, corporates, real estate developments, etc.).

Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.

Lead end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.

Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions.

Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in fitness equipment or related sectors (wellness, health clubs, hospitality).

Strong understanding of commercial gym equipment, brands, and specifications.

Demonstrated ability to drive B2B sales and manage high-value deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qatar/GCC market experience preferred.
