About the Work:
The Home Care Consultant (sales) is responsible for building and maintaining relationships and referral partnerships with hospitals, other medical facilities, and local health care partners across the entire continuum of care. This position will be responsible for managing and growing our territory. New business is generated from a variety of Sales and Marketing activities, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and enhancing relationships with existing partners. The Director of Business Development is responsible for reporting results in moving relationships forward on a regular basis, discussing successes and opportunities, and demonstrating documented progress and growth production.
