Preferred Skills And Qualifications Of Our Business Development Advisor
3+ years of experience selling in a business-to-business environment is preferred.
Associates degree in business (or related field) is preferred or equivalent experience.
Cold Calling Expertise: Comfort and experience with cold calling (80-100 calls per day) as the primary outreach method to potential clients.
Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of B2B sales principles and customer service practices, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule and confirm meetings for regional prospective member workshops.
Demonstrated Ability to Drive Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis by generating and acquiring new business.
Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication, necessary for effective lead generation, client interaction, and internal coordination.
Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
Customer Relationship Management: Skills in quickly establishing strong customer relationships.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, coordinating with various departments to achieve sales goals.
Software: Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Zoom.
Travel Requirements For Our Business Development Advisor
Infrequent travel may be required, up to 10% to attend our semi-annual company conference.
