Your Role In Our Mission:

As an Account Manager (this role is building out a net new book of business from scratch) -

  • Develop a book of clients through strategies including cold calling, networking, and leveraging our extensive collection of tools and resources.
  • Engage with a diverse audience of talent professionals, fostering two-way communication and building lasting relationships.
  • Identify industry opportunities, issues, and trends to keep Mondo at the innovation forefront.
  • Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating urgency and a hands-on approach.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary plus uncapped commission & bonus incentives.
