In the context of its strong growth in Northern Europe and internationally, La Redoute Business is looking for a Business Developer B2B in Belgium & Netherlands to drive and execute the B2B commercial strategy aimed at increasing visibility, sales, and revenue both online and offline for our furniture brands La Redoute Intérieurs and AMPM.


Reporting to the Commercial Director B2B you will hold a high-responsibility and important position crucial to drive commercial performance and to ensure the growth of our B2B service.


Key responsibilities:


As a key member of our B2B sales team, you are a commercial leader that will drive the growth of La Redoute’s B2B business. You implement innovative business strategies and identify market opportunities to accelerate our ambitious sales growth. You lead and develop sales, working closely with key stakeholders and taking on pivotal responsibilities to drive our B2B business and brands forward.



Sales Development and Revenue Growth:


  • Accelerate B2B sales development in Benelux and implement global business strategies to enhance profitability and growth of our Northern Europe B2B market.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead market penetration efforts to increase market share and grow La Redoute’s B2B business.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, logistic and local teams to ensure offerings meet the needs of business clients.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure continuous business growth and drive strategic partnerships.


Strong Commercial Skills and a Team Player:


  • Work together with global sales teams to ensure exceptional delivery and achieve sales targets. Foster innovation and achieve excellent results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication between B2B clients and internal teams, ensuring effective information flow and collaboration.
  • Manage and nurture the existing client portfolio to foster loyalty and growth, including project follow-up on deliveries, stock, and invoices.
  • Identify, target, and engage potential B2B prospects, negotiate, prepare, and close client quotes, offering tailored solutions and proposals.




What we look for :


  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of sales or business development experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the furniture or another premium product industry.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration Marketing, Commerce or International Trade.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and profitability in a competitive industry.
  • Excellent negotation and relationship management skills.
  • Innovative thinker with a proven ability to operationalize strategies effectively.
  • CRM proficiency.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Based in Netherlands or Belgium with frequent travel in Benelux, remote working policy, with a strong knowledge of Belgian and Dutch markets and cultures.
