Role Overview

As a Business Development & Marketing Associate at Ripple Healthcare, you will be at the forefront of our mission to empower the elderly. You will drive commercial growth for Hip Pro by building relationships with healthcare providers, generating leads, and managing our digital presence. You will play a key role in content creation and social media management, helping us reach and educate our audience across India.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with clinics, hospitals, elder care centers, distributors, and healthcare professionals to drive adoption of Hip Pro.
  • Execute outreach strategies to generate and qualify leads, including product demonstrations and follow-ups.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Create and manage content for digital channels (social media posts, videos, infographics) tailored for the Indian elderly and their caregivers.
  • Build and grow Ripple Healthcare’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales metrics to refine strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the Indian MedTech and eldercare space.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with medical device regulations and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and a multidisciplinary team to refine messaging and market positioning.
Key Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or medical devices.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales support, and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clear, engaging content for elderly audiences and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content (graphics, videos, posts).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • High level of adaptability, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
