We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business & Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the Business Planning and Analysis Manager in preparing and delivering key performance reports, monitoring commercial policies, and providing actionable insights through advanced data analysis and business intelligence tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally, supporting strategic decisions through high-quality data and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal control processes and ensure compliance across commercial operations
• Manage and ensure consistency in the commercial policy across the full product portfolio. Prepare and deliver monthly reports on sell-in, sell-out, production, and customer-specific metrics
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports using tools such as Targit Decision Suite and Power Pivot
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across departments
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data flow, structure, and reporting accuracy
• Assist with the proper allocation of costs to cost centers, business lines, and departments
• Collaborate in the preparation of monthly financial and sales reports and data models
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear visual insights using variance analysis, charts, and dashboards
• Calculate and submit recycling rates in line with legal and environmental regulations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
• A Master's degree will be considered an asset
• 5-7 years of working experience in data analytics, business analysis, or financial planning roles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Targit, Power Pivot)
• Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP B1)
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Fluency in both English and Greek (written and verbal) is required
