Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation. This sub-family is specific to contingent resources. Responsibilities: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking Provide expertise to Wells Fargo senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions Strategically engage with Wells Fargo personnel. Additional responsibilities may include data management, data lineage/metadata, data controls; experience in data control governance; data defect/issue/deficiency remediation; documenting data flows/process flows Qualifications: * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. * 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. * Strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise. * Work effort coordination/management experience * Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories, working in agile environment * Strong data profiling and data analytics * Strong SQL writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries) * Complex Data Analysis, Data Quality & Validation experience * Data Aggregation, Data Governance, Data Integration, Data Lineage experience * Teradata,SQL/Teradata, * Experience with Cloud and GCP is a plus
