We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our Enterprise Solutions Supply Chain team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform supply chain strategy, optimize operations, and drive business outcomes.5+ years of experience partnering with leadership team to identify problems with data, understand drivers, and establish analytics roadmaps to drive improvements 3+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis within a large-scale company or fast-paced environment 3+ years of SQL experience Experience in defining metrics/KPIs for end to end supply chain operations and building repeatable and reproducible analysis Fluent in communicating results of technical analyses with leadership team to influence strategy Experience transforming complex business problems into simple structured models and supply chain community stories Proven track record of successfully translating analytical insights into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes Background in management consulting Experience with project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely delivery of analytical projects
