Business/Data Analyst- Commercial Pharma Experience

Rate: $50 - $58/hr

Responsibilities

• Document current state of data / reporting for the TA
• Gather and document business requirements from commercial stakeholders for analytics, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Support territory alignments, incentive compensation inputs, and targeting strategies and modifications to existing data and reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy policies (e.g., HIPAA), and internal standards.
• SQL knowledge and experience working and having logical / conceptual understanding of datasets – including KPIs, metrics etc.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Power BI skills would be a plus, to build dashboards or reports only if needed.

Experience Requirements

• Pharma/Life Sciences/Biotech industry experience.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
