Job Description:

Position: Business Data Analyst

Industry: Financial

Location: On-Site 4 days/week downtown Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6-12 month W2 contract to FTE

Pay: Up to $61.57/hr on contract

Salary Range: $100-120k upon conversion to FTE

Shift: Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the definition, creating, testing, and maintenance of technology KRIs as reporting through the technology key risk indicator program.
  • Position will be responsible for maintenance and development of the Technology Risk Scorecard (Tableau-based) in support of the KRIs.
  • Ensuring that adds, changes, and removals of key risk indicators flow smoothly through KRI processes and stakeholders receive timeline communications regarding work requests.
  • Assisting the Governance & Controls Office (GCO) with management of the KRI inventory / backlog.

Must Have:

  • Strong Tableau and SQL skills required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with data and reporting processes.
  • Ability to interpret business intent and objectives and validate that metrics design supports those objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Candidates should be a self-started with a track record of taking initiative.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across multiple organizations to ensure work objectives are accomplished.
  • Understanding of key risk indicators versus key performance indicators

Preferred:

  • SAS reporting and analysis tools preferred.
  • Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience desired.
  • Snowflake experience a plus.
  • Experience designing business processes desired but not required.
  • Bachelors Degree
