H&M Production is the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.
As a
Business Controller at H&M Production, you will partner with Managers of your respective business scope and use data driven insights to co-create goals and activities that give directions to business teams. You
drive business results by securing seasonal methods and routines and respond in an agile way to any changes in the business landscape. You
build analytical tools, set, and define KPIs and closely monitor related activities and goals with important stakeholders across the globe.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive seasonal strategy and methods for our supply chain.
- Develop analytical tools and KPIs to support decision making.
- Collaborate with various functions to drive optimization.
Qualifications
To succeed as a
Business Controller, you proactively identify business opportunities and risks through conducting
proactive data analysis and
translating into actional steps, enabling business teams to make decisions and challenge the status quo. You
stand up for your ideas, while you are
open to others’ perspectives, to look for the best solutions for the company. You
use technology and
adopt new ways of working to enable business success across the controlling and production community. You are a
strong communicator and collaborate beyond your immediate team. You always seek to develop and motivate the people around you. You act as an
informal leader by being a role model of H&M Group Leadership expectation.
What you need to succeed:
- Have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Controller, Business Analysts or similar.
- Have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sustainability or similar.
- Have advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI or other Data Visualization tools.
- Have creative analytical skills and are good at prioritizing.
- Have a strategic mind and good at identifying new opportunities.
Additional Information
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Shanghai, China.
