Your new challenge

You will form part of L’s Finance team, based in our main office in ’s-Hertogenbosch. You will be responsible for all finance operations of our EMEA sourcing business unit and our Entertainment business unit, operating from the Netherlands.

Responsibilities include

• Owner of the general ledger.
• Manage the cash (planning) cycle, which includes cash flow forecast and actual weekly payment review.
• Manage the financial forecast and budget cycle for both business units.
• Ensure a proper program forecasting and provide insights in the program performance.
• Drive process improvements.
• Manage a team of three finance professionals.
• Grow to a business partner for other departments within L (e.g. supply chain and product management).

Your profile

• You have a master’s degree in business economics or accounting & control
• You have at least 10 years of working experience in financial or business control
• You have experience with managing a team
• You are a proactive and hands-on professional

• You take ownership with the ability to structure own work
• You have the ability to acquire, structure and present data
• You have strong analytical skills
• You are tech-savvy and have an intrinsic drive to automate processes where possible
• You are an excellent verbal and written communicator in both Dutch and Englis
