In the continuing growth of our company and the pursuit of operational excellence, we are looking for a new Business controller in our team!

Business Controller

As business controller, you will act as the financial business partner for our projects in Belgium. As a member of the controlling team, you will report directly to the Head of controlling and will be in charge of a broad variety of tasks including:

• Follow-up and challenge the feasibility of the different projects
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash planning on a regular basis
• Quarterly financial closing and reporting
• Participate in the development and implementation of new reporting platforms
• Assist in the setting up of project finance
• Assist in the financial & tax structuring of different projects and in due diligence processes

Your Profile

• You have a Master degree in Finance and at least 3 years’ experience in audit and/or controlling
• You are IT-minded with a strong knowledge of Excel. Working knowledge of a ERP system is a plus
• You have a strong interest in the real estate world and the ever changing landscape of project based financial management
• You are a reliable person and used to deliver quality with respect of the deadlines
• You are a real team player, eager to learn with an analytical mindset
• You like to challenge the status quo and will search for operational efficiencies
• You have strong communication skills
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
