For our client, a leading regional retail company specializing in beauty, health, and pharmaceutical products, we are looking for a Business Consultant – WMS to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• WMS Process Analysis: Identifying and understanding existing business processes with the goal of optimizing and improving warehouse operations.
• Solution Specification: Collaborating with IT development teams to define specifications for future WMS functionalities and solutions based on user requirements.
• Implementation: Leading WMS solution implementations, working closely with vendors, developers, and IT architects. Responsible for solution testing, user training, post-implementation support, managing deadlines, and coordinating between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
• Support: Providing daily support to WMS users, resolving issues and answering inquiries related to both existing and new business solutions.

Skills and Expectations:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Understanding of warehouse, distribution, and supply chain management processes, along with experience supporting users throughout all phases of information system usage (analysis/implementation/training/support).
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility and precision in task execution.
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze user needs.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt and quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with all users of business software within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or college degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, processes, applications, and services.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid driver’s license (category B); active driver.
