Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Consultant to join our dynamic team at SAM Corporate LLC. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, financial processes, and reporting needs.

·       Participate in and lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and functional documentation.

·       Implement, configure and participate in CPM/BFSI/Regulatory reporting solution implementation projects.

·       Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements through technology and automation.

·       Conduct unit and integration testing, prepare training materials, and deliver product training to end users.

·       Provide post-go-live support, resolve incidents, and manage enhancements.

·       Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs and support pre-sales demos and proposal building.

·       Prepare functional specifications, end-user documentation, and training guides.

·       Collaborate with internal teams including technical consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver value-driven results.

·       Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with SAM Corporate LLC’s services.

·       Support clients in managing organizational change by providing guidance on communication, training, and adoption of new processes or technologies.


Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

·       2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting CPM or ERP systems.

·       Understanding of financial processes such as Budgeting, Planning, Consolidation, Forecasting, or Reporting.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

·       Willingness to learn and grow in the CPM space with a hands-on, proactive mindset.


Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with CCH Tagetik or other CPM tools (e.g., OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Jedox).

·       Basic knowledge of financial standards like IFRS or regulatory reporting requirements.

·       Experience in data modelling, data integration, or SQL is an added advantage.
