Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Work on various share-based payment and actuarial projects of the firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Work on the firm's business development activities, such as LinkedIn messaging, sending connections, proposal development, social media posts, and networking activities.
• Assist in designing and structuring share-based payment schemes for corporate clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Conduct ESOP valuation in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Perform market benchmarking exercises as needed to support decision-making processes.
