We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in implementing and supporting Business Central solutions, helping clients improve their operations through process optimization and system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) based on client needs.
• Perform functional analysis and prepare functional design documentation.
• Assist in gap-fit analysis and propose solutions.
• Support the full implementation cycle: requirement analysis, UAT, training, and go-live support.
• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
• Collaborate with technical/development teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Business Central features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Strong understanding of core Business Central modules: Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
• Experience with implementation, configuration, and support activities.
• Ability to document business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Power Platform is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certification in Business Central.
• Experience with Business Central SaaS and extensions.
• Familiarity with third-party tools like Jet Reports, Continia, or LS Retail.
• Exposure to Agile or other project methodologies.
