Responsibilities
About the Team
The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV.
- Responsible for being a Thought Leader with the senior management team of the APAC search team proactively identifying key business opportunities for the team.
- Responsible for delivering projects of varying lengths, covering topics like organizational planning, quality management, employee engagement, process improvement, and other cross-department priorities.
- Responsible for providing business insights and structural initiatives to our APAC search leadership team.
- Responsible for assisting and communicating with regional and global leadership in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation.
- Responsible for serving as the liaison between staff and senior leaders, regarding the company/business climate, project updates, proposals, and planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Curious and are constantly striving to improve the world around you.
- Strong ability to plan and lead complex programs with the ability to execute at a tactical level and complete project implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data-oriented and have proven capability in data analysis; ability to draw insights from a comprehensive point of view (Data science background preferred).
- Experience in design, leading and executing strategic and operational initiatives from scratch, ideally within the tech/internet industry (Search preferred).
