🔍 What are we looking for?

At B&T Consulting, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our clients’ finance and operations teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of finance and legal entity structures, and experience working with ERP systems, Excel, and data visualization tools.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage large data sets related to financial and legal processes.
• Download and structure reports from ERP systems for business analysis.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the accuracy of key data.
• Develop visual dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Support data analysis tasks using Excel and the Office 365 suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Document functional and technical requirements clearly.
• Use JIRA to track tasks and project updates.

🎯 Must-Have Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI.
• Proven background in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and handling operational reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (people skills).
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of legal entity structures and basic financial concepts.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and tools like Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Experience using JIRA to manage projects or sprints.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience with SQL queries.
• Prior involvement in ERP implementations or digital transformation projects.
