Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reporting, analytics, or finance role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency with SQL and Power BI (or other BI tools such as Tableau or Looker)
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Proven ability to extract insights from data and communicate findings through clear visualisation, storytelling, and presentation to non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with experience in data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose data-driven solutions to business challenges
  
  

Core responsibilities:

• Collect, input, clean, and reconcile large volumes of sales and operational data from multiple internal systems and external sources
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimisation across the business
• Develop and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and usability for key stakeholders
• Support leadership in developing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and identification of performance gaps
• Design and manage financial models, scenario plans, and forecasting tools to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—especially Finance, Sales, and Customer Support—to gather requirements, align reporting needs, and deliver insights that support business objectives
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting and analytics functions
