Profile Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reporting, analytics, or finance role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
Advanced skills in Excel, and proficiency with SQL and Power BI (or other BI tools such as Tableau or Looker)
Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience creating and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Proven ability to extract insights from data and communicate findings through clear visualisation, storytelling, and presentation to non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with experience in data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose data-driven solutions to business challenges
Core responsibilities:
Collect, input, clean, and reconcile large volumes of sales and operational data from multiple internal systems and external sources
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimisation across the business
Develop and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and usability for key stakeholders
Support leadership in developing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and identification of performance gaps
Design and manage financial models, scenario plans, and forecasting tools to support strategic and operational decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—especially Finance, Sales, and Customer Support—to gather requirements, align reporting needs, and deliver insights that support business objectives
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives, enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting and analytics functions
