Summary

Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with teams to discuss practices and identify solutions
  • Analyze the efficiency of existing business processes through data and artifacts
  • Identify areas of improvement, efficiency, and gaps in the practices
  • Create and present process improvement reports
  • Follow through on implementation of processes
  • Troubleshooting and improving new processes
  • Update process and procedure policies
  • Conduct regular checking of artifacts and other records of executions
  • Champion agile methodologies in process management
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria, among other documentation of requirements for development
  • Manage solution delivery from requirements definition to development, testing, and deployment
  • Prepare and analyze diagrams and documents related to system implementation (e.g., value stream maps, network diagram, data flow diagram)



Qualifications


  • At least 1 year of BA experience
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has Familiarity with SQL and Database Management System
  • Experience in system implementation projects
  • Understands IT Terminologies
  • Experience in continuous improvement projects, business process improvement or transformation activities
