A global, industry-leading company has an opening for a Business Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity. The Business Analyst will report to the Product Manager and have the primary responsibility of collaborating with cross-functional teams to support order emulation and maintain OCR invoicing systems. The Business Analyst will also get involved with analyzing and mnaging customer and operational data to support onboarding, generate insights, and deliver reports that inform business decisions.
Up to $25/hr DOE.
Job Description
Collaborate with Operations and related teams to facilitate and optimize order emulation processes
Assist in implementing and maintaining OCR technology for invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and driving continuous improvement through feedback
Analyze and manage customer data to support onboarding, working closely with customer success and sales teams to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights
Generate reports, conduct data analysis, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders, while maintaining accurate documentation for all related projects
Job Requirements
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; strong problem-solving skills; experience with OCR technology is a plus
Understanding of order processing, invoicing, and customer onboarding workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; strong attention to detail
