Business Analyst

Location: Remote/Onsite (Brooklyn, NY)
Contract Type: Hourly, GSA Schedule 70
Duration: Up to 3 years, with potential 2-year extension

Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate functional and technical requirements

• Conduct gap analysis and stakeholder interviews

• Create detailed documentation (FRDs, process flows, test cases)

• Assist in QA and UAT activities

• Collaborate across development and project teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations

Required Skills & Tools:

• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT projects

• Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project, Excel, Power BI

• Familiar with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence

• SQL querying and data analysis experience
