Title: Business Analyst – Smart UM

Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

Experience: 5+ years in healthcare domain with 2+ years on Smart UM

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements related to Utilization Management.
• Collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and QA.
• Analyze current workflows and suggest improvements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
• Work with TriZetto Smart UM or similar systems.

Required:

• Hands-on experience with Smart UM or similar UM platforms.
• Strong domain understanding of healthcare payer systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
