I am hiring for Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: London - Hybrid / 2-3 days in office

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automations.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to ensure accuracy, integrity, and value of Salesforce data.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution effectiveness.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce functionality, particularly within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to craft data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
