Job Title: Business Analyst

Relevant Experience: 7-9 years

Location: Bangalore – 5 days/week

Recommendation: Collaborate with Indian and US teams, participate in scrum calls, project meetings, and occasional calls with the US team. Normal IST hours.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical Trial Domain/Clinical Data as a BA.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL.
• Strong technical and business writing skills.
• Experience with JIRA, TopTeam, SynapseRT.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Knowledge of best practices for user interface design.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
• Ability to develop training and support programs for global technology and process implementations.
• Understanding of current industry techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification.
• Strong negotiation and customer management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements to provide detailed and high-quality specifications.
• Produce data/information models and preliminary system architecture.
• Resolve conflicting end-user requirements.
• Collaborate with business groups to create User Requirements Specification and Functional Specification documents.
• Assist with process modeling to clarify business requirements and enhance/re-engineer business processes.
• Review Performance Qualification documents to ensure they meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with Global IT Solutions to ensure successful project implementation.
• Work with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications.
• Develop training and support programs for global technology and process implementations.
• Assist in gathering initial Business Case requirements and other pre-project activities.
