Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 4 years of expertise in banking and financial services, specializing in payment systems, STP, AML, compliance, and capital markets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FSD, RTM, and UAT documentation, and be familiar with SWIFT (MT/MX), CHIPS, FEDWIRE, and ISO 20022 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking applications.
• Create BRD, FSD, RTM, and test scenarios.
• Conduct UAT, regression, and sanity testing.
• Map SWIFT MT messages (MT103, MT202) to MX formats (PACS.008, PACS.009).
• Work with stakeholders for requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation.
• Provide functional support and configuration for financial message interfaces.
• Support pre-sales with demos and documentation when needed.
