Job Summary

A Business Analyst is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science in the Newton, NC (TRIVIUM) area. This role will support and improve supply chain operations through data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance manufacturing efficiency and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and supply chain effectiveness using system/data skills, lead improvement projects based on findings.
• Support implementation of new systems and initiatives within the Supply Chain department.
• Improve processes in packaging and warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, storage, packaging efficiency).
• Develop, modify, and support business reports and queries for multiple departments.
• Maintain a safe work environment and proactively report unsafe conditions.
• Conduct internal and external process analysis to improve efficiency (benchmarking).

Education: High School Diploma.

Preferred Qualification

• Degree in supply chain or APICS certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of supply chain experience.
