Business Analyst< Job Description< Senior Consultant< Remote< Job Summary - < The Senior Consultant is responsible for the delivery of consulting services to customers who are migrating to the Mphasis Javelina platform/s or are utilizing the platform to support their Healthcare Payer operations. This individual, through depth of knowledge about the Mphasis Javelina platform, payer operations best practices and the client's business objectives, works to develop individualized product utilization and process-rich strategies with the client.< Years of experience needed - < 8 + Years for experience< < Technical Skills: < Operational knowledge of claims administration, membership, providers, benefits, premium billing, medical terms, pricing logic, etc.< Detailed business knowledge of the business fundamentals of Health Plans and TPAs. < Minimum of 10-year experience in the implementation of core administrative platforms and associated back-office services including claims processing < Proven record of client involvement and interactions with clients in a positive, professional and tactful manner.< Strict attention to detail and adherence to project governance process< Ability to clearly explain complex topics.< Understanding of product development methodologies and processes, strong communication skills, and effective presentation skills.< Ability to perform reasoning to enable planning and tracking of complex implementation projects. < Business or technical college degree or equivalent work experience.
