Responsibilities:

• Analysing Unsecured business loan Portfolio on-boarding parameters like pass rate at each filter, distribution of leads by key parameters by key segments.
• Analysing Unsecured business loan Portfolio Risk (Bounce, Early delinquency, Flow Rates, Loss simulation).
• Formulating credit policy through data driven analytical approach.
• Build strong relationships with business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Provide timely and insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• CA or MBA with 3+ years of experience as a Portfolio Manager or Risk Manager.
• Experience in Retail / MSME Lending. Preferably in lending to self-employed segment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
