Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in IT development, ideally within the banking, finance, or asset servicing sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to testing efforts including test planning, execution, and defect management.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT development projects within banking, finance, or asset servicing domains.
• Solid understanding of project development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with Java, COBOL, and Angular technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and test repositories like Squash.
