Job Title: IT Systems Analyst Specialist

Location: Memphis, TN (Preferred) | Irving, TX (Considered)

Duration: 12 Months with full time conversion

Pay Rate (PR): $38 - $40/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analysis phase of projects, taking full ownership of requirement management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, operations, and IT teams to capture and document software requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, conduct interviews, and engage with business users to understand and refine needs.
• Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, wireframes, report mockups, and requirement specifications using standard templates.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within project timelines and meet quality expectations.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL
• Experience with one or more of the following tools/platforms is highly desirable:
• SAP BusinessObjects (BO)
• SAP HANA
• Oracle Exadata
• Power BI

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; preferred major in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Background in multi-line claims management systems or third-party administration is a plus.
