Prescient Edge is seeking a talented Business Analyst to support our team. This role will assist in gathering detailed data and provide recommendations management. The Business Analyst role is an exciting blend of data, business, and technology. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Become proficient with collaboration tools (Sharepoint, One Drive, Mango Apps, etc.) Write and give briefings to team members/Senior Staff regarding ongoing tasks or significant events.
• Support proposal and report review process. Business development and research support. Assisting program and proposal communication efforts. Assisting program with any logistics support.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  
  

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
